progressive Wheel Profile Measuring Gauge provides the accuracy,
flexibility and simplicity in measuring critical wheel profile data.
Stainless Steel construction ensures endurance and robustness in a
rugged maintenance workshop. Lightweight and fun to use, this Gauge
fits neatly in a 16 cm x 16 cm x 10 cm case.
The applications for this technology were recognized as potentially
limitless and open to the larger audience over and above the
market we have been addressing to date.
The permanent magnet base provides for secure grip in the
measuring position and hands- free rule setting.

Designed in accordance with defined Melbourne Transport Standards,
this Gauge adapts to all Rolling Stock class Standards, including
the latest LRV deliveries.
Minor modifications can easily be incorporated to suit any
non-standard wheel profile used anywhere in the world.
With each customer order, a Calibration Gauge (Fig 4) is
a mandatory requirement for ensuring the accuracy of your
wheel Measurements.
Both the Wheel Measuring and Calibration Gauges are supplied
in their individual smart protective storage cases, as shown
